I believe that leadership is not a title. It is how you show up.
One of my great joys is working with leaders and emerging leaders going through significant transitions in their personal and professional lives. When the ground beneath you keeps changing, it almost feels impossible to show up as your best self.
My approach is grounded in the Co-Active model and begins with the assumption that you are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. I do not see coaching as fixing people. I see it as creating a confidential, thoughtful space where leaders can explore who they are, how they lead, what gets in their way and what becomes possible when they lead with more awareness, courage and authenticity.
I merge my coaching with in-depth business expertise and my own personal journey of leadership to help leaders move forward with more clarity, confidence and intention. I work in a way that is reflective, practical and deeply human. I care about insight, but I also care about action. I care about growth, but not at the expense of the whole person.
At its heart, my coaching is about helping people come home to themselves as leaders: clearer, steadier, more intentional and more able to create the impact they want to have.
